Looks like Dieter wrote this last year and played it solo acoustic on this show:
Most interestingly he said then (in July 2015!) new Yello album in October, presumably meaning 2015..... also he describes it as almost like an Opera with a video for every track like with Touch Yello!
The version of the track with JMJ comes in May 2016! It's on his 2nd Time Machine CD.
