This from Jonas Warstad:
==========================
Hello, I received some info now from Yello Office, I will quote:
"We have been invited to do a performance / video installation
at a private art event in London on October 18, and we are working on it.
More details later..."
I then asked:
"You say 'private' art event, does that mean fans can not pay to see it?
All fans want to know that of course, I assume many will travel far to see
Yello live."
The reply was:
"Access to the event might be impossible for non-invited.
We'll find out more about it."
So, still it's hanging in the air. Of course, after 13 years since Yello's
last performance (in 1995 at a rave festival Germany) I understand
that it's quite frustrating fur us fans to know that we may not be able to
see it.
But then again Yello Office never announced this as a public performance...
I wonder whether this will be done to "promote the forthcoming album"
(as Ian Tregoning said), it seems illiogical that they would "promote"
an entire album in one single private art-connected performance.
Maybe it's music that will not appear on the album?
Anyway I will let everyone know as soon as I hear anything.
Until then, Yello On
Regards, JW
